Our 30-day Go Far Fitness Nutritional Lifestyle Challenges are a fun exploration of healthy nutrition and lifestyle habits. Whether you're lost, confused, already trying, or looking to get back on track—our challenge is for you! Daily tasks will encourage you to experiment with simple ways to elevate your existing routine—from healthier meals out to deeper connections with loved ones. No measuring, no counting, just a sustainable approach to living a stress-free "nutritional lifestyle."

Aside from the Wodify Rise App, participants also gain access to a private Facebook group where lots of healthy recipes, questions, answers, photos, comments, and so much more will be shared

"Nutrition is an everyday battle—one that will never go away. This challenge isn't an elimination game. You can still have a burger AND pizza AND BEER! If there's one thing I want you to learn over the 30 days, it's awareness! It's about being aware of the QUANTITY and QUALITY of foods you're eating. Whether you have a cheat meal or not, it's about staying on track and getting right back on the nutrition train the very next MEAL.

The goal of this 30-day challenge is to help you build daily habits that you can keep carrying forward with you forever! I want to help people, just like you, learn about portion control, the difference between protein, carbs, and fats, and that sleep and stress-management is just as important as diet.
